Guts, more camera angles, better controls

This update adds intestines! They pump and squeeze when prey gets digested. I think I forgot to make them scale, so the bulges will all be pretty large (even if Fen’s scale is huge, making the prey relatively small). I’ll look at that soon..along with low-pitched squelches.

There’s a new lower-gut view; you can wiggle it around a bit with WASD.

The new menu system lets you automatically spawn prey in Fen’s mouth and stomach. Glorp.

The belch-fumes are more dangerous now.

I forgot to make the acid level/strength configurable. I will fix that sometime soon!
