The settings don't apply. Any idea when this will be fixed?

Ok so, enabling villager ai causes the game to crash

Ok, so, every time i try opening the game, a unity crash window opens up with the unity logo and a red exclamation mark. i've tried many methods but none seem to work-

any advice?

Anyone else having problems with the options i can't change the settings

Me too I have no idea why. They just don't apply

still waiting for the next update

Hey so quick question, is there ever gonna be a 32bit port for this game?

If not thats fine -_-

if you either are confused or don't know what I mean, I'm basically asking if there is ever gonna be a low-quality version of the game.

I can not get any of the options to work.

Same.

Controller doesn't work. Mind disabling controller detection so I can setup my own controls? (I use xpadder)
I love your Predatory Pursuit game, hoping to get into this one too!
Hope you include a feminine design for this too ^p^

Okay so the NSFW modes like nudity, gore, ect. don't work for me. I turn them on and litterly nothing happens. Is their a fix to this?

Would love to see some additions like cv and other fun with the character!

it would be nice if you could play as a creature to control and not give him commands the game is really cool I expect more content and creatures

Will there be an update for Android?

I do not have plans to release the game for mobile devices. The game is pretty graphically intensive, and the controls wouldn’t be very easy to port over, either.

ok thanks

The Game Is Amazing!

I really had fun playing it on the last night

I had alot of fun playing this last night, theres not alot of features but what you have so far is really well made, also i kept eating people and eventually the bat disappeared completely, I didn’t know if this was a bug or because im using a old laptop to test this, just thought I would let you know.

Im excited to see the new content and plans for this game

I'm curios what the future plans for the game are. Will there be monsters fighting and eating other monsters, or just the humans? Will the monsters be able to grow it more ways than just size? What will be the size limit, if there is one? What will the humans have to defend themselves? That sort of thing. A part of me hopes that the monsters will have a sort of EXP system to increase the size of certain parts or similar based on how much they eat too... Regardless, this game has extensive potential and I'm curios to see what will come from it in the future.

It’s pretty vague! I’m mostly aiming for a sandbox with just enough mechanics to make it an interesting game.

Ok a little bug here: When BAT is set to AI mode he dose no vore only stomping and crushing. Would like to see him eat while I'm eating my wheatys.

Oh yeah, I configured it to only do those to test them out.

I’ll probably be adding a properly configurable AI system soon, but I’ll see if I can put it back on using every ability before then.

I enjoyed it.

The gameplay was pretty good.  I can tell some stuff is missing, for example the other 'Force' options like monsters and that other name didn't seem to exist yet..  I like how the size of the object determined how much the bat grew (growing the object would make it provide more size).  The model scaled really well.  Good stuff here.

Issues I had:

  • I couldn't zoom out far enough later on to see the whole bat. If the bat got too big, it just went out of camera, no matter how far I could zoom out.
  • If I accidentally placed something, there was no way to delete it (besides shrinking it until I could bo longer see it).
  • Sometimes it felt like the bat wouldn't respond to commands (probably my fault).

Suggestions/Personal Preference:

  • The UI still felt a little big.
  • Added actions/commands for the horny mode.
  • Maybe other ways to vore (to grow more specific parts of the body. . . possibly relating to the added actions for horny mode etc. . .  if you know what I mean).
  • I see in other comments that others feel the people are underpowered.  I believe to help with that and game content. . .  maybe research levels or some sort of progression could be made so that better weapons/soldiers could be produced.
  • Combine my last suggestion with more types of buildings (specifically buildings that are more city-like going beyond the village style buildings) for later research levels. . .  or some type of progression.  Simply doing building upgrades would probably work fine as well.
  • I saw someone else recommend the male/female model idea, which I can agree would be a good add.
  • Maybe a bigger map or map size options (this also goes along with more city based or at least later game buildings where the bat would most likely be larger and could use a bigger map).
  • For there to be more dynamic belly scaling.  For example: depending on how much is eaten when using 'devour' the belly could be a bit larger or smaller than normal. . .  or if multiple things are eaten in rapid succession that they kinda combine together or add/multiply the effects (growing) to each other.
  • Maybe an option where some fat stays on the body/stomach after eating each thing.
  • Growth sounds maybe. . .  idk.

If I think of anything else I might respond to this comment with it.

I will also mention that when the ai controls the 'Humans' it never build barracks or depots.  If you were to force it to make a soldier. . .  the soldier will never move either.

I tried the game for a bit, here's some things l want to point out:

The controls could do with an alternate zoom on Page Up/Down or Plus/Minus. Some silly folk like me have a middle button, but not a wheel. Speaking of controls, there should be an easy way to pause the game, l couldn't find any beyond the timescale stuff.

The UI takes up a lot of real estate, there's not a lot of room to see anything on a 1600x900 screen. It makes sense for a touch screen, but a mouse game doesn't need the UI this big.

There should perhaps be a difference between visual and audio gore options. Because l love me some crunchin', but l'm very picky about my vore audio.

The macro feels too fast to be considered a macro. Which is weird because you had written that you sped up the formula and changed the old one to Lumbering, and that, too, feels too fast. Maybe a custom slider could be added as an advanced option?

There's no trample damage! Even the default size should be able to decimate anything it touches as it's walking. In the same vein, the macro shouldn't be using any pathfinding since it's big enough to climb a mountain and destroy anything in its way.

Now, l don't want to make it sound like l despise the game, there's a lot to like here, too. It's got a great plethora of options and l love that you have toggleable AI and building placement. Customization of gameplay is a very important key to this type of game, so l like that l'm seeing it this early on. I wish you the best of luck in this endeavor.

Having zoom on the Page keys is a good idea. I’ll add that soon.

I bet the UI scaling is a bit off — I started without any scaling, and I’m developing on a very high definition display, so it wasn’t too obvious. I’ll definitely try playing at low resolutions and seeing what happens.

I could definitely separate the two. I was just thinking about that today, actually.

I’ve been going back and forth on macro speed. Turning it into a slider with some suggested values would probably work.

I absolutely want trample damage. I already have everything in place; it just needs the actual damage. Also, iirc, the macro does start ignoring obstacles at a certain size…but that was a long time ago, and I might have removed that in the meantime. The navigation stuff is ooooooold.

Thanks for the feedback! I’m glad you’re enjoying what I have so far (:

Soooo, I wound up implementing everything you talked about this evening. The new build should be up in a few minutes, assuming it doesn’t break (and I’ll discuss all of the changes in detail in a dev log). Have a look! (:

Im really digging the ideas you have for the blood system

You’re going to like what I’m working on right now, then :3

Gave this game a brief test and I must say, what you've got so far shows a whole lotta promise and I will be very eagerly awaiting more <3

Thanks (:

Although I have only heard of Black & White 2, this game is really interesting. Do you have any idea to add more monsters or monsters of other genders?

I can probably swap in the female bat model pretty easily! I plan to add more monsters by Zairiza later on, for sure.

game balance might be a bit hard to achieve since the macro can 1 shot units using devour and has high movement speed allowing for easy rushes and early game map control/denial, I'm interested to see how you intend to balance such a game

it might be easier to balance by having both sides be villages but have them spawn in with a hero(macro) unit. if that unit is taken out the game ends. Perhaps you can sacrifice food, or straight up your own units to make your macro more powerful and bigger

Yeah, it’s not very fair right now. I’m planning for scenarios where you play as the villagers to have less aggressive behavior: it’ll show up now and then. Maybe it’ll slowly claim territory?

I downloaded the file, tried to open it, and it didn't respond. After a minute I closed the program, and then went back to watching videos. My laptop then froze a moment later. I don't know if my device meets the requirements. Damn. I'm sure this is a great game though!

Older laptops probably can’t handle HDRP games, sorry!

Black and white was one of my favorite games, especially black and white 2, Nice to see more games embrace the stomp :3

That’s the objective!

(along with gratuitous camera angles for the stomp)

I think you could also eat people in bw2, though no belly showed up if you ate too many XD

Indeed…and that’s mostly what I did!

Uh sexy
