Summit Sojourn

The theme of this game jam was "summit". You are, indeed, going up a mountain.

I wanted to make a soulslike, so I gave it a go!

It's pretty basic, but you can do all of the important bits: dodge roll up stairs, hit people with a big sword, sit down to refill your healing items, and taunt.

The shrine warping feature is kind of busted. It just lets you teleport between two of them for some reason.

I might use this experience to make a more elaborate game at some point...

Controls:

Move: WASD / left stick

Look: Mouse / right stick

Attack: M1 / right bumper

Strong attack: M2 / right trigger

Dodge: Shift / east face button

Interact (just with the hexagon things): F / south face button

Use healing item: X / west face button

Taunt: G / north face button

Change weapon: Q / D-pad up
