New vore mechanics + preference system


I’ve added a preferences system! This replaces some of the stuff that was jammed into the debug menu.

You can now configure things like difficulty, as well as turn on a few accessibility options to simplify animations or turn up the brightness in dark areas.

The vore system has been overhauled. It’s not super visible, but prey now track their own liveness, integrity, and mass. Live prey squirms; intact prey forms bulges; prey with neither just swells the gut out based on the remaining mass. Integrity goes down faster when prey is close to death, and mass goes down faster when prey is breaking up.

The liveness of each prey now controls the vocalizations (which can be turned off, made mild, or enabled in full via the settings menu). I’m starting to work on digestion sounds to play as the prey breaks up. The setting is in there, but it only enables, like, one noise on Gory mode right now.

Both you and Fen now move faster by default. Have fun running!

Misc fixes:

  • Fen now slows down and turns faster when close to you, making it much harder to just step to the side to avoid getting eaten
  • Latex digestion hypnosis no longer goes through walls
  • Fen can now hear you weakly. Previously, it only heard faint or strong sounds, with nothing in between
  • Fen’s walk speed now depends on how strong the sensation it’s hearing is, rather than where the sensation came from (since that was usually just “prey”)
  • Fen now has a chance to wander after standing in place for several seconds, rather than doing so completely randomly. This should make it stand still slightly more.
