More preferences + wander fixes

I’ve added even more preferences! You can now adjust sound levels (overall, monster, prey, and interface), as well as tweak your mouse sensitivity.
Dynamic resolution is now configured in the settings menu, rather than being in the debug screen.
I do want to make the sliders prettier, tho.
I also fixed some annoying wander bugs in last night’s unmarked updates: Fen would just kinda…sit in place forever, and also refuse to move if there wasn’t a living human player on the map.
Now that I’ve gotten a bunch of the boring interface stuff out of the way, I’ll be moving on to more Fun Vore Stuff.
